The laboratory examination of the semen (semen analysis) is carried out by microscopic observation without the intervention of automatic analyzers, in accordance to internationally accepted methodologies and criteria.

It is staffed by a team of specialized scientists with many years of experience and constant updates on developments in laboratory semen tests.

We implement a strict Internal Quality Control and Quality Assurance program in order to the laboratory procedures and measurements are handled accurately and with statistical convergence by all laboratory technicians.

The Semen analysis and DNA fragmentation test at our laboratory are accredited by the National Accreditation System.

We participate in the External Quality Control and Quality Assurance program controlled by the Andrology Laboratory of Karolinska University Hospital, under the auspices of ESHRE – SIGA.
