class=\"fusion-text fusion-text-1\"><p>The traditional perception that the causes of a couple\u2019s failure to conceive were attributed to women exclusively, has led to a huge delay in investigating of men\u2019s fertilization potential, as it started only 15-20 years ago.<\/p><p>Nowadys, even though knowledge on the causes relating to male infertility has sufficiently advanced, it is still not possible to clearly identify them. In a high percentage of cases, around 40%, the causes to the problem remain unclear. This case concerns 1 out of 100 infertile men and relates to:<\/p><ul><li><strong>Retrograde or premature ejaculation<\/strong><\/li><li><strong>Failure of ejaculation<\/strong><\/li><li><strong>Non-systematic intercourse<\/strong><\/li><li><strong>Injury of the spinal cord<\/strong><\/li><li><strong>Prostate surgery<\/strong><\/li><li><strong>Nervous system damage<\/strong><\/li><li><strong>Intake of special medication (antidepressant, antihypertensive)<\/strong><\/li><\/ul><\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-accordion-item\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<div id=\"elementor-tab-title-1265\" class=\"elementor-tab-title\" data-tab=\"5\" role=\"button\" aria-controls=\"elementor-tab-content-1265\" aria-expanded=\"false\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<span class=\"elementor-accordion-icon elementor-accordion-icon-left\" aria-hidden=\"true\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<span class=\"elementor-accordion-icon-closed\"><i class=\"fas fa-plus\"><\/i><\/span>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<span class=\"elementor-accordion-icon-opened\"><i class=\"fas fa-minus\"><\/i><\/span>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/span>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<a class=\"elementor-accordion-title\" tabindex=\"0\">Hormonal disorders<\/a>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<div id=\"elementor-tab-content-1265\" class=\"elementor-tab-content elementor-clearfix\" data-tab=\"5\" role=\"region\" aria-labelledby=\"elementor-tab-title-1265\"><p>It is a rather rare case of male infertility, affecting around 1 in 100 infertile men. It is caused by an abnormality in the function of the hypothalamus-hypophysis-testicles axis, resulting in abnormal secretion of the hormones that regulate spermatogenesis. Therefore, the spermatozoa production process is disrupted. It mainly relates to:<\/p><ul><li><strong>Neoplasia of the hypophysis<\/strong><\/li><li><strong>Congenital deficiency of LH and FSH hormones<\/strong><\/li><li><strong>Use of anabolic steroids<\/strong><\/li><\/ul><\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t<section
